These are PLGNs – Patriotic Lime Green Ninjas. Pronounced PLEE-GUNS. They provide VIP escort security for some of the Rockies favorite fans. You may see members of this group at the game, but do not be alarmed.
Though definately not harmless, they were at one time teachers of virtue to the Jedi Knights. The two shown here escorted Meg and pestered….I mean protected her at the Rockies game July 3rd. This is an extremely rare photograph of both members of a PLGN VIP security team, conducting hand-to-hand combat operations at separation distances of less than 4 meters.
